The 2nd piano (the higher pitched one that comes in) could be a bit quieter, and some of the instruments are off time.

Still, the transitions work for the most part, you did what you set out to do, and the song has a nice wintery feel to it.

I don't think its possible for some of the instruments to be off time since they are all programmed, unless you meant just the guitar

You have a lot of interesting parts here, but they come in and out too suddenly, and that doesn't make them work together.
It gets better toward the end a bit, but if you want this to work, keep it gradual. Like at 2:12, what you have immedately drops out, save for the drum beat, but you should leave more in there to smooth the transition.

Just About To Write It Off...

Then it kicked in.

It does sound like the quasi-emo modern rock of Fall Out Boy, not that it's necessarily a bad thing. The drums keep it from feeling to melodramatic and it has a very hard feel to it, contrasting well with the tight, soft intro.
